There's no reason for this picture other than I like to show off my two fur-balls.... Jasper is the feline and Bella is the canine. |
The Sunday Blog Hops turned out to be quite a success (at least as far as I'm concerned). I managed to gain 19 followers thus far, which is impressive - since my young site started the HOP with only 32 followers. I am also very active in following those who have followed me, so I did spend a fair bit of time managing my "HOPPING". I will probably do a bi-weekly hop, as it does take some time to join in, follow new blogs and comment. Two hops per week seems like it is something I can manage time wise and still keep fresh content going on my blog. I was invited by Jen From Mess Hall to Bistro to join her Tuesday Blog Hop "Made From Scratch Tuesday", so I may looking into that one, however I think that doing a Wednesday hop would make more sense (I have more time on Wednesdays).
That's about all I've got for now......however I was thinking about adding a "Tidbit About Me" to the end of each post that I write, so without further ado.....
A Tidbit ABOUT ME:
I love to read and I am usually reading two or three books at once. I have a wide range of favorite genres among them are self help, historical romance, paranormal romance, futuristic, sci-fi - o.k. to tell the truth I will read just about anything and usually prefer reading to television. These are a couple of my favorite Authors (in no particular order):
- Jean M. Auel
- Diana Gabaldon
- Sherrilyn Kenyon
- Christine Feehan
- Joyce Meyer
- Christina Skye
- Sara Donati
Take a look at our Archives/Index page!
I love Joyce Meyer too :) I feel quite envious of you getting a 'mummy space'!

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I'm following you back on Twitter & GFC, & I liked your FB page. :)
ReplyDeleteNow that I have that out of the way, I have to say that I really like Jean M Auel, too! I've read her Earth Children series, but I still need to pick up the last two books of it (I have to own books that I like...I don't like borrowing them because I love to reread things). I haven't heard of the other authors, though...do they write in a similar vein, or ??
Love the animal pic, btw! :) Take care and look forward to keeping in touch!

ReplyDeleteI'm with you, I love to re-read also, so I have quite a "library". Jean M. Auel has another book in the series coming out this spring. I think that both Sara Donati and Diana Gabaldon have similar writing styles (some would probably disagree) but the time frame of their books are set in the 1700s. They both have written a series also. The other authors listed are nothing like Jean (but she is a class unto herself).
Take care,
